If you want I would write a cleaner English script based on what you say in the video. Then you could just read it in time with the video.
I think you get the point across okay in the existing video even if the English isn’t perfect.
It would be great help but it’ll be too complicated to associate the words with the gesture… 
The better is to wait for my video concerning the entire Panzer Dragoon Serie. i’ll make subtitles for this video.

It effectively a work in progress demo. Because the game is very slowly, you can morph your dragon as you want. You pass through the first part of the excavation site, then you battle the BalDor Spawn and directly the Arachnoth.
At the beginning and at the end of this demo, you have a cinematic where you can see Gash and Edge discuss near to a fire camp.
Congrats for obtaining all those Panzer collectables. Are you going to make a video of the whole collection?

This is the first time I’ve ever seen these. I hope they aren’t fake. But, It seems they were used as a means to display Saturn games without the games having to physically be on the shelves. I’m not sure if I can justify those prices though!
