Wow, anyone else checked out that music video?

Very awesome. Goosebump-inducing, even. But, then again, maybe it’s just 'cause I’m a sucker for the GooGoo Dolls. At any rate, it is a great sampling of the FMVs from the game. I especially like how he (she?) incorporated the opening trailer-type fmv into it. It seemed like the pulse of scene changes almost matched with the beat from the song. Anyway, what did you guys think of it?

(I hope this is the appropriate board for this. Pretty sure, but…)

I agree, it’s a great music video. Hopefully we’ll see more Panzer music videos of this quality in the future.

What music video?

Check out the main page.

Oh!I haven’t checked the site for sometime now.I love the new logo with the “berserk” Tower.Defiantely better.

If I could I would download the video but my download limit for the month as been exceeded (sp?) already. :frowning:

I’d actually downloaded it, and then completely forgotten to watch it - thanks for the reminder

Yes, it is very well put together; I like the way the tempo of the video clips changes perfectly in time with the music.

A kind-of related question: many of the people who contribute material to TWOTA seem to use their real names… do any of these people post on the forums under alternate / Net names?

I think most of them don’t.Mopst of the people who use their real names I mean.

Yeah, I thought it was really neat. Much thanks and congratulations to Rune Lai, of course.

I would make my own, because I have a really great song to go with it (check out my latest entry in the Lyrics thread), but I lack the tools to do so. :frowning:

I assume that means that it was updated, then un-updated.
Can someone give me a link to it?

Here

Very cool. I’m not a big fan of the music, but it was well arragned and fit nicely.

I suppose now’s as good a time as any to say “Hi.” I’ve been lurking at these boards for roughly a month now. I’m glad you liked the video. I wasn’t sure how well it would be received, but Solo seemed to like the rougher version of it so I decided to tweak it a bit and let him post it. (Except it’s now MIA from the main page. :frowning: ).

SharpEdge, I used Windows Movie Maker and it came free with WindowsXP. I think there’s a version free for WinMe too. So if you have either of those OSes you should be able to make your own. It’s very crude editing, but as long as you don’t plan to try anything fancy it gets the job done.

And for any wondering (I think Parn is the only person on this board I’ve met elsewhere), I’m a she.

Congratulations for your work, Rune Lai. The music video is very well made.

The music video was extremely good work; it’s always nice to see people coming up with original Panzer-themed things.

Anyway, welcome to the forums Rune

I downloaded it, only to find that it was zipped as a winRAR. Does anyone have a link to somewhere i could get winRAR free? I looked for it on the net but couldn’t find it…

Try the top link on this page. It’s a trial version of the WinRAR archiver.

Nice to meet ya, Rune. Great work on the video. Just goes to show you don’t need a bunch of fancy stuff to make something cool.

w00t! Thanks, Lance!

Well done, Rune, the video was very well made, it’d be nice to see more Panzer stuff this good in the future

Great work indeed Rune, welcome to the forums.
Nice avatar

Well then, maybe some hope after all! I will try what I can.

And welcome to the forums btw.
