This is the first XBox 2 game I’ve heard of.I’ve seen some imagery on the site…
…altho I’m having trouble to perceive what’s in-game and what’s not. 
I’m downloading the trailer right now…

EDIT:I just saw the trailer which shows a great quality in CG.The game is scheduled for 2005 so we have the final answer for XBox 2’s release date.
It seems Bill Gates is making an announcement January in soem convention : probably XBox2.
Maybe he’s going to announce that he has enough money to finally buy the planet, and we all have to give him rent. With that money, he intends to buy Sony, and branch Microsoft out into the audio-visual industry.
Soon we shall all run on SonWin2008.

From what I hear, the in-game graphics are supposed to be pretty close to the CG work, that’s from the mouth’s of the developers though, not me.
If that’s true, this game is sure to look amazing.
Looking at the site it still seems very earlier in development and i’m not sure what type of game it even is. I think it will just become a showcase for the system rather than a full fledged game, much like The Bouncer was for PS2.
Yeah and with the actual game giving away very little in the trailer…
That’s very probable. Hmm 2005 release…perhaps but remember what happened to Halo 2. It got pushed back over and over for ages…
I thougth Obivlion was supposed to be an XBox game for the first half of 2005.

I don’t think you can apply Halo 2 here, since Halo 2 wan’t trying to become a launch title or be released near launch of a new system.
Given I only assume that is what Wardevil and the team at DigiGuys are trying to do.
