i would guess Deep Memory Cell is akin to “TOP SECRET - FOR DRAGON AND RIDER EYES ONLY” which is why it requires you to perform well against the tests (mini-bosses). and if you think about it, the entire level you are trying to prove yourself worthy enough to see the most coveted of recordings, azel’s message to orta. it is not a cutscene, you cannot select in the pandora’s box>appendix>events menu. it is a memory cell just like the others.
and i can’t remember the first deep memory cell’s contents, but the recording of the heresy program speaking to the dragon, i think, is quite substantial
