I agree, it does sound harsh in comparison to the other ideas. I don’t think it would be a good idea to risk offending anybody with that one - the other “negative” awards, at least, are more light-hearted.
Plus it would be a very arrogant deed : to give that price to that exact person.Same thing with spammer.
