SEGA’s Line up this year is scary good… the excitment levels rizeing ;p
im looking forward to just about everything on the damn list…
Its times like this I wish I had an income ;p

Shining Force Ressurection of the Dark Dragon for the GBA
is also there … cant go wrong with a SF game ;p

No, you’re quite right. Nosferan seems to come from the same string of words as “Nosferatu”, meaning vampire.

Those very words sprung to my mind when I read that rumour. Bear in mind that right now it is nothing more than a rumour. However, I wouldn’t be surprised if Sega Rally 3 did turn out to be a Playstation 2 exclusive.

That’s not really acceptable. It’s one of Sega’s biggest franchises, it -has- to be multiconsole, even if it is just Xbox and PS2.

Hopefully Headhunter 2 is developed for the Xbox in mind and downgraded for the Playstation 2, too.

Who needs Sega Rally 3 when Xbox gamers will receive Outrun 2 anyway? The Playstation 2 will struggle to cope with the level of detail on screen in Outrun 2 by all accounts, when an Xbox conversion will be a breeze by comparison.

None of the Sega Rally games compare to Daytona, so buy that for the Dreamcast instead.

I haven’t played Daytona 2. I’d forgotten all about it actually.You’re right, I’ll have to pick it up. It better be good to beat SR2 though.

The Xbox is closest thing to a Sega console we will ever own today though. Sega hasn’t completely abandoned it yet either, as Amusment Vision is developing no less than four separate titles for it at the moment (Outrun 2 is probably among them). Combine those games with Headhunter 2, and suddenly the future of the Xbox doesn’t seem so grim to an Xbox Sega fan after all.

It is. Trust me. Daytona 2001 is the best racing game available for the Dreamcast with stunning visuals, all the arcade speed and handling, and no slowdown whatsoever. Ramming competing cars into walls has never been so much fun.

I’m not a huge fan of racing games, but sometimes the sensation of speed can be extremely addictive. The Dreamcast was home to quite a few racing games, but most of them were graphically flawed in one way or another (except for Le Mans and Daytona).
