W00T!! Personally I’d like to see the RIAA get its ass kicked.
Ya know, it’s about time that they acknowledge that they can’t stop file-sharing and just find some sort of compromise instead.
Sadly, she probably won’t win. The RIAA is too huge a force, plus it already said that others have countersued for different reasons, meaning that they probably tried and failed.

If the RIAA was to imprison all people who have used p2p systems for music, then the prisons would be full.
