If you see the Serial number, we can suppose this promo disc is a pal promo disc
And this the explication from the seller :
"You are looking at the promo release of the game Panzer Dragoon by Team Andromeda for the Sega Saturn console. This is a promotional copy of the full game and comes from Nelson Bostock Communications, who were working directly for Sega at the time to handle some of their Public Relations duties. This is an original promo release and can be verified by it?s matrix code: MK-81009P-329 (see photo 3) and on the back it does state ?Produced By or Under License from Sega Enterprises Ltd.? and ?Trademark SEGA? around the outer rim with the SEGA logo as you can see (photo 5).
The promo disc is in very good/good condition and has been personally tested and played on my own Sega Saturn console (see photo 2) and does contain the full game."

Yes, the plastic version exist but it’s very very hard to find. it is the second time i saw it in my life. I won the auction this time

I don’t have the time to watch it entirely now, but that’s an awesome video PXL. I’d be willing to help translate it into English if you want, I can understand most of what you’re saying although with neither English nor French being my native language it would take me a while to translate everything. I found that it’s one thing to understand a sentence, but actually translating it accurately is an entirely different matter. You wouldn’t happen to have a transcript of the video in French? That would make it considerably easier for me to translate to English.
