OR perhaps it was just a plot device to make it more dramatic.

There is no doubt about that.
I think that in Arwen’s case Edge pulled the safety lock off just to threat him to say where Craymen was…Drenholm ur point is valid but still…in SF it was symbions skills that increased…not his sword…I mean I could believe in lundi’s weapon upgrade if there wasn’t a link between chapters…but there is…notice the fact that in episode 3 lundi is riding the glide wing shooting blue rounds but at the end of episode if we get a nice score the dragon grow’s size…and immideatly enters the ruins…he hasn’t stop anywhere for grossery shopping
why didn’t lagi appeared earlier? there were several try’s to input lagi in the world but killing the mutants was the village code but i’m glad the blue-white light shines in a winged kourieat…I think it wouldn’t be so much fun if we rode a oversized four-legged mythical mutant (that we see dying at the start of zwei) “tank of light”…the paws that never tire :o
Yes, but we know from saga that he DID stop off at villages along the way. I believe it is in one of the books… anyway, I would still rather know where the gun came from, than why it upgraded.
maybe it fell from shellcoof…lol :x
lol, maybe
I have no idea why edges gun won’t work at the start of saga. Your probably right about it being activated by the dragons presence, panzer technology has a habit of being activated (or re-activated) by certain events.
the safety lock is quite a good theory but so does the activation lol
Thanx
Team Andromeda missed something : the weapon in Zwei upgrades itself when the dragon morphs but the one in Saga doesn’t.
Either our speculations aren’t needed or maybe the gun in Saga is not a dragon gun (as far as evolution is concerned) but a dragon design ancient gun (a “normal” one).I mean you have to buy the upgrades…
Are you sure the guns power doesn’t go up when you level? I though it said something like “laser power up by: whatever” and “shot power up by: whatever”. Dunno, I might be wrong…

lol, ha! what is it? Episode 3 boss? The forest one:P lol, would have been a bit cool to be riding around it as a cheat or something:P lol I can just imagine, I played that level so many times^^ I had it on a demo and it’s my favorite level because of that:P ah, yes, a cheat of that would be cool…weird, but cool:P
I meant the kourieat that’s killed at the very begining of the game at the fmv sequence where the villagers shoot 3 arrows to kill him…but riding a golia is a preety ludacrous idea :ooo too bad saturn games aren’t “modable”
Drenholm:The gun does upgrade in power when you Level up but it doesn’t change the rate of fire or the Fx’s…
But you just touched a conmcerning point there : maybe it can be considered a dragon gun afterall…
