Real Saturn games work in an emulator, if you can’t afford a Saturn. PDS is something of a collectors item, which means generally it is expensive to buy the English language version due to demand - if you can’t afford that, either buy the Japanese version and play using a guide or buy the full first disc off eBay.
On the other hand, this person says he’s looking for the original Panzer Dragoon, which I picked up for all of ?8/$10/?5.4 in the autumn of last year. A bargain if I ever saw one.
Just get the PC version which has been reissued on budget release several times.
