I’m also waiting for The Witcher’s Enhanced Edition and I probably forget a few more games here and there. Mostly because I’m waiting for my new GPU to arrive so I can actually start playing some of the games I missed the last year, being in the army and all. Games like Bioshock, Sins of a Solar Empire and Gears of War but also multi player titles I tried out and enjoyed like Call of Duty 4 and Team Fortress 2 (this actually runs on my old card but without the toon shader it looks bad). I’ll probably try out several other titles that seemed interesting the last months. World in Conflict, etc.
What’s funny is that like 70% of my 2007 games are still not released (Dragon Age, Disciples III, Spore etc) or ended up disapointing (Hellgate, UT3, Quake Wars, etc) or just not my thing (Crysis, Endless Ocean, Overlord, etc).
I’ve also changed mind about a few of the still unreleased games, for example Dragon Age as I’ve lost faith in Bioware’s ability to offer an enjoyable pure RPG, which is why I don’t include them in this list. Of course, it’s up to the developers to change my mind
Oh well, I still got Eschalon: Book I, Aquaria, Bioshock, Portal, Team Fortress 2, the latest Mount & Blade version, and they were all worth it (or so it seems, I have yet to play Bioshock but while it’s not the classic I hoped for it sounds like it ended up okay).
