Richard Jacques is good, when he isn’t on a testosterone high like he must’ve been when writing the music for Metropolis Street Racer. o: Every other song in that game alluded to sex. XD
But Sonic R’s music was highly catchy. o:
Don’t forget Headhunter, Headhunter 2: Redemption, and the Sega Saturn version of Sonic 3D Blast! Those had awesome soundtracks composed by Jacques, as well.
The Headhunter soundtrack was just damn awesome. Very atmospheric and moving at times.
Parn should upload the soundtrack to his site with commentary!
Headhunter 2’s soundtrack was hit and miss, rather like the game itself sadly.
I fell in love with the music ever since Sonic R
then when i played MSR i knew it was the same composer/singer
ahhhhhhh happy days…
i started playing headhunter (bought it a few months ago) and so far the music is really good
Funnily enough I recognised several of those tunes in Sonic Adventure. >.>;;

I also noticed a striking similarity between the green grove stage of Sonic 3D and “It doesn’t really matter” from MSR
Time to play MSR again… or bother Galbadia Hotel.
