I remember the good old days when TWOTA folk would come together to pwn noobs and other such internet activities over Xbox Live. Yes it was brief, but it was fun.
So post your tags here and lets try and get some play going. Mine is “Urban Reflex”. I usually play Halo 3.
Gamertag is in my sig. I don’t play Halo 3. I’m terrible at FPSs.
I however, am a master at Civilization Revolution. 7-0 on ranked multiplayer so far. I’ve never been an achievement whore before, but I’m trying to get all 1000 points for this game. Sid Meier games always have stupidly high replay value.
My XBL Gamertag is the same as my old login from Die Veldt, and since I’m positive that tells everyone nothing I’ll need to come right out with it anyway.
So whats the game we’re all going to play together then ???. Let’s decide a game , and date/time so we all can meet up for one day , it would be alaugh

Yeah, whenever I see you on it’s ALWAYS with Civ Rev, I bought a copy of that game but haven’t had a chance to really sit down a play it like I should, I’ve been preoccupied with Soul Calibur IV and Spectral Force.
Is that as good as Civilization 2 was on the Playstation? People say it’s better but it seems to be shallower… Of course I guess that means you wouldn’t need weeks to finish a multiplayer skirmish, ha… Still, I’d probably get it for the single player (it’s out on PC also, right?) but I don’t know if I’m ready for another Civilization. Even though it’s been years since last time, I had completely lost myself in it. It was worse than WoW, ha.
It’s a heavily streamlined version of Civilization. When I say heavily, I say that with no amount of exaggeration. Diplomacy options are severely limited, but it’s that way by design since the game is highly competitive. There are four early victory conditions that you can achieve: domination which requires the player to control all five capital cities in the world map, economic (my favorite) which requires you to accumulate 20000 gold and build the world bank, technology which requires you to land a spaceship on Alpha Centauri, and cultural which requires you to accumulate a combined total of 20 world wonders, great people, and culturally flipped cities.
It’s not available for PC, however. A Wii version is supposed to be out someday, but for the time being, it’s 360, PS3, or DS.
Also, I got all 1000 achievement points. Kicking the game’s ass at deity for all four victory conditions was very satisfying. Most people like to build lots of cities and expand, but I prefer the 2-3 mega-city approach.
