What happened to Windmills?

There used to be a Panzer Dragoon fan site called “Windmills” that was Japanese in origin but was also translated into English.

Practically all of the Japanese fansites are gone it seems… A shame this one was excluded from Wayback Machine, but I assume they had their reasons.
