Heh, that actually sounds a bit more like Dragonriders of Pern. 
I haven’t read the Pern stories, although I’ve heard a lot about them.
Has this information already been revealed?
Btw, I probably won’t reply to your posts in the “Panzer Dragoon guide book translations” topic until the week after next, as I have quite a lot on at the moment, and the topic requires a fair bit of thought. I haven’t forgotten it though.

No it’s just my observation from that synopsis, hardly a big deal. Such as it is, it could nearly work for Pern, but there’s no way the “old threat” to humanity will be as uniform and conceptually abstracted as on McCaffrey’s world. Be a boring damn shooter if so… lol
And no worries, I’m just thinking ‘out loud’ there as usual. No reason not to do so where someone else can critique… or not.
