Shining Force Ikusa

Well, a new Shining Force game is coming to the PS2 later this year. Apparently it will attempt to focus more on the strategic aspect of the series, but from the sound of it nothing truly special looks to be coming our way. Especially nothing like the classic trilogy offered I assume. The information is still slim, just wanted to put this out there.

It’s been known sometime now I think. Exploration reminds me of Phantasy Star Universe while combat reminds me of the PS2 Shining Tears… Looks like a Neo sequel more than anything else though.

It never occurred to me that they were one and the same game, just with slighlty different titles.

Title is the same. “EXA” is just being pronounced “Ikusa.”
