If not, I’ll sue sega for false advertising as this will be my sole reason for buying the game… outside of blowing zombies into oblivion.

The concept for this game, while not entirely new, certainly has potential… there’s just no precedent for it being done really well yet. At it’s core the gameplay could describe the PD shooters right? Forced progression but looking all around as you travel, basically all modern gun games have pattern focused play anyway, as long as there’s decent sound (or other) cues letting you know something’s coming it should work fine. The established rhythm and appropriate swarm theme of HotD games seems like it could actually help the concept work this time. Or not… of course.

Team Andromeda, I was not aware of the TC4 port on PS3, have you played it then? I wonder if their new Guncon setup is as precise and consistent as the (good) old light guns then?
