I was browsing the other day, and saw a re-designed EyeToy camera on the shelf.
It’s smaller, silver looking, and a has a contour SUSPICIOUSLY similar looking to the PS3.
Anybody have any info on the new ETC?
Does it have better hardware? Does it still need a HUGE amount of in room lighting to work well? Any new features?

And I know nothing of it, but I imagine it’s just for a ‘new look’. Why? I dunno. Probably to sell more…shiny stuff’s pure gold to a lot of people =P
Who knows if it’s too early Sony hasn’t even set a release date yet.
In any case, I’m still interested to know what the deal is.

Hmm…yeah that’s a good observation actually. I suppose we’ll just have to wait and see.
That Eye Toy has been out for months now - since at least Antigrav was released. They just bung it in as standard with all the new bundles packs.
