Question about Bezer's hideout

I’m writing something about Bezer at the moment (the boy in Zoah escaped with Paet in the airship). He has a hideout that could only be accessed by going through a well. But was that hideout on the Holy District side of the wall, or located in the Liberal District?

I want to say Holy, as I’m almost positive that the Holy District’s music played in his little hidey hole.

The entrance to the well was in the Liberal District, however the hideout itself was in the Holy District.

That’s what I remember too.
