This is the boss theme from Deep Fear for the Sega Saturn, which I thought was quite awesome. It was composed by Kenji Kewai, I believe (known for composing music for Ghost in the Shell).
As a huge fan of Resident Evil, I thought that Deep Fear had great potential (it is a very original setting). Sega should maybe re-use this track in another game.
