Found it! Go into settings, view and you can select hide on fullscreen.
Update:
I finally played and beat Panzer Dragoon Saga on an Emulator!!
Just beat the game with Yabause 0.9.15. I was able to get the L and R buttons mapped with the gamepad option “only” using a Nintendo Switch Pro controller. The 3D control pad option would not map the L and R buttons.
Used integer pixel scaling to 4. And I played the game in 3D using ReShade and my Oculus Rift. If you saw my other topic on how to play the Panzer Dragoon and Nights into Dreams series in VR, you will know what I’m talking about.
I used the Depth3D and Perfect Perspective shaders. Divergence was set to 40 and the Perspective Slider was set to 89.
I had no issues with the game at all.
Update:
Just tested and beat Zwei with Yabause 0.9.15. No issues! Can’t get Panzer Dragoon to work. Everything is fine until I get into Episode 1 and there is no music.
