I nominate Juba’s Bar. It seemed to be the only place in the Panzer world dedicated to some form of recreation without being some kind of supernatural “extra” influence like Pandora’s Box or Dermot’s Ranch.
Juba’s Bar would actually a very suitable name for a forum - what do you do in both bar and on a forum? Socialise (or cause fights, you choose ;)).
The only problem I see with it is that it doesn’t keep with the naming conventions of the other forums. If we’re treating the forums are parts of the Panzer world then the Liberal District is already a place, and Juba’s is part of that place. So unless there was a subforum within the Liberal District it wouldn’t quite make sense in that context.
I’m glad that some people liked my idea!
So are other games. 
This is tough, because the board already has three very well-named forums. The village of Cainus wasn’t the greatest plot-point in Saga, so it doesn’t really stand out to me, but it’s obviously not my decision. I actually like a few of the more “off-topic” names that have been suggested.
I think that Juba’s Bar is quite good and makes a bit of sense, but Solo makes a point about it being contained within the Liberal District. Having a sub-forum may work (if phpBB supports that), but then we’d logically have to make a sub-forum for the normal off-topic stuff, so that may not be very workable or the best idea.
What about “The Tower”? A giant monolithic machine, spitting out evil creations and radiation. Much like Sony consoles! =D

or umm… how about the caravan? thats was a pretty cool place

Yeah, “The Caravan” is quite a good idea!
Right at the bottom? That might be better.
Isn’t that the name of your emergency forum for when TWotA is not available?
The main reason I put it above the others was so that the off topic boards would be the last place that people would go, if their topic didn’t fit into the criteria of the other forums, that way the Holy District stays reasonably on topic (if that makes sense!). Was there a reason why you thought it should go at the bottom (apart from it being newer?)

Hmm good point actually, i was thinking a few things, more because it came from the Holy District, and also the fact it was newer (so i still click the last link to get to the gaming info =)
but then again putting it second does seem like a good choice in terms of content. I wouldn’t mind if it stays there
I’ve decided to go with “The Village of Cainus”; it seems to most appropriate in this case. But thank you for all your suggestions… they all helped in the deciding process.
