1 Original kanji states "thrown down/knocked down" 1A Corrected! It’s right now - sorry! 2 More than likely “Lapis” I’m just translating exactly how it’s spelt. 3 If I’m right - it’s 光 - Ko - Light 子 - Ko -child (maybe small?) 砲 - Hou - (gun) fire 4 Althro? Alsrou? 5 自 律 -Ji ritsu - Autonomous 管制 - kansei - control 室 - mura (maybe shitsu) chamber 6 量産 - RyouSan - mass produced 7 強襲 - Kyoushyuu - Storm 艦 - Kan - Warship 8 奇 - Ki - strange/odd 生 - sei -birth/life*
It would make sense that Hellions are called Lapis, since there’s a semi-precious stone called “Lapis Lazuli” (sp), and their attack is called “Stone Slasher”.
hey this is great, do you mind if i could use these translations on my future in-the-works panzer dragoon saga enemy data website please?
you can be famous =D
Sure no problem just give me a credit and I’ll be happy with that. Just as a little disclaimer though - although I believe that I’ve translated everything to the best of my ability I don’t want everyone taking these as absolute, 110% gospel. Maybe 90%, but not more than that.
They have overthrown the existing ?Living Weapons? (Distinctly Altered Class9) but have lost the shape and abilities of the Ancient Age, they have gone wild and changed class.
9 変 ? hen- altered/changed 異 ? I ? diverse/distinct 種 ? class/variety 10 卵 ? tamago ? egg 10A I just wanted to point out that a lot of the “ru” sounds can aldso become “l/ll” sounds, so Tarumeran could become the much more natural Talmeran sound. 11 巣 ? su - nest

Looks like it’s coming along well Kimimi. I’ve one small question so far, too: you’ve translated the Sand Mites’ original name as “Worm Shishi”, and our description of them says that:
Sand Mites are parasites
that feed off of Worms.
They infest the
underground tunnels and
drive the Worms from
their burrows.
What I was curious about is, does the “Shishi” bit of their name imply that relationship they’re meant to have with the worms; is the whole name descriptive? (“Worm Parasite”, or something along those lines?)
I’ve just checked it out, and I can’t find any kind of descrition at all of the “Shishi” part. Maybe it’s just the name? If you can take a screenshot of the description I’ll have a look and see if it explains it in there
Fought with in the Garil Desert. As it is a smallish “Living Weapon”, it’s a convenient hunt. Although it is difficult to damage because of its heavy armour it’s attacks are monotonous, making it not a particularly difficult opponent.
Just to clarify: is the first word of its name something that translates as “worm” or something that sounds like “worm”? I might be getting the wrong idea there…
Well literally it’s spelt “Wa-mu” which although is a borrowed word can be legitimately used for “Worm”. Same as even though the true Japanese word for Dragon is “Ryu”, Atolm Dragon is spelt as “Do-ra-go-n”.
Zuasutaba senyouki Soma - Zastaba’s personal plane Soma
1 I’m assuming this is actually “inferno” but I couldn’t confirm it 2 A direct translation means "small boat" 3 This could also be correctly translated as “Bazyura” Bs & Vs are interchangeable in Japanese, same as the whole R/L thing.
