Killer7 has a load of tracks that are really Panzer Dragoony. I don’t know wheaterh it’s the same composer, I thought I saw “Masafumi Takada” on one of the soundtrack lists, maybe i’m imagining it, but anywho, these are some tracks that stood out the most:
