Donkey Kong Jr. Math?

Seriously? … THIS is what Nintendo gives us as their NES VC Store offering on a holiday weekend no less?? In the entire catalog of 1st party NES games … I fully expected this one to be the very last one released on th VC … if at all. That is all. Carry on.

The virtual console titles are probably strategically released to give the gamers a steady flow of good and average titles. If Nintendo released all of their important games at once, it would give gamers less reason to return to the VC Store.

As it stands, gamers are more likely to buy filler titles in the meantime, while they wait for the next big game to be released.

I would LOVE to see how many people actually purchased DKJ Math…it’s probably the lowest selling VC title of all time.

Hmmm … Labor Day release … you think that Nintendo released it as some LAME type of veiled attempt at a “back to school” / “edu-tainment” title?
