Thank you. It’s got that “Edge-kun… see you later” and “you saw her?” (felt sorry for the boy) All in one look - maybe.
I think Craymen’s views match the ‘tower report 3’ book best.
Gash and Seekers maybe convinced it was all just a know-it-all terraforming project (possible power consecration) gone dilapated.
So maybe controlling tower was fine, but seekers felt total shutdown was required. But neutralization was the cross over sentiment between Craymen/Seekers?

Here’s a slight version 2 anyway. I guess Craymen’s expressions were subtle.

Were there any 3D assets captured of Panzer?
I know this tool can rip directx assets (how many games have ripped assets) , I dont know if saturn emulators work exactly that way
