Does anybody have any info on the artist(s) who did the art design for the Advance Wars series? (characters, vehicles, etc.)
Is he/she/they an established artist in Japan, or responsible for any manga or anime design? (similar to Akira Toriyama doing the designs for the Dragon Quest/Chrono Trigger series’)
The art style in that game is so so amazing it drives me NUTS!!! I could just stare at the character designs all day…so minimal, yet, so perfectly balanced…and the high-key colors!!
