Hmmm…I hope this isn’t too much like Shenmue.There is the possibility I’ll be playing this since I might get a PS2 in a few months (I don’t care if it’s already dead by then) or I might borrow it from my cousin for an unlimited amount of time :P…

It smells good only because Sega has a good background in my book and because it seems to carry that cinematic feel.But like I said I hope it’s not a Shenmue replica with a different setting because :

  1. it wouldn’t feel right beeing a game from the same company (not in my book anyways)
  2. Sega needs new formulas
  3. I want new formulas

Well, depends really, you’d want their Virtua Fighter sequels to be similar.

I wouldn’t mind it if it was a more mature Shenmue, the Yakuza thing alone should provide for a whole change in things, since they can’t have the leasured life you can take Ryo on if you feel like doing so.
