Well Craymen is villainous enough even so, he’s no good guy, but in revolution and warfare every hero is someone else’s villain. After all Edge (or is it the Divine Visitor?) probably kills more people than Craymen did in the end…
But yes what I most like about Craymen is the enigma of how and why he is compelled to revolt. He may well be a magolomaniac himself - again nearly every successful revolutionary in history probably was - but he was following some other principles as well.
