I think it’s an early design of Zastava’s ship, the Spectre. It looks similar (from a 2D perspective).
That does seem like the best candidate. To confirm, the guidebook that the picture was taken from might show the image on the same page as another Spectre picture. @UrbanReflex (or someone else with the guidebook) are you able to confirm this?
Yes I’m sure it is Zastava’s ship, from the side you can’t see the arc of the ‘wing’ so it doesn’t suggest itself.
