Heh heh. This is funny, and makes me view Wallyworld in an even dimmer light than ever. State governments in some states found out Wal-Mart figured out a tax evasion scheme. Basically it involves Wal-Mart paying rent to itself and then writing it off as an expense. Instant tax break. Sorry if this is old news, but I just read about it in the newspaper.
