Seems to be an advertisement piece, something that would be used in a store to garner attention to the game when it was newly released. The seller says it was an exclusive item to Sega France and probably the only one that exists. I would imagine that it could be official merch, but closer inspection is needed.

So yeah, seems to be an advertising mobile. Unsure whether it’s just paper or an actual model, also unsure of the size. But would be pretty cool.
